Occupier Satisfaction Survey 2025 - Feedback and Actions

In October 2025 many of our Occupiers took the time to give us valuable feedback in our Occupier Satisfaction Survey, this enables us to hold a 360-degree review of our service delivery and continue to drive the operation forward with transparency and collaboration.

As in previous years, we will be sharing with our occupiers an overview of each properties performance and any actions we're taken to improve upon your feedback. We are currently in the process of reviewing the results with Aviva Investors and then will commence action planning with the site based teams.
