In October 2024 many of our Occupiers took the time to give us valuable feedback in our Occupier Satisfaction Survey, This enables us to hold a 360-degree review of our service delivery and continue to drive the operation forward with transparency and collaboration.

Each with an overview of how our occupiers responded and immediate action taken alongside for the first time a comparison of the most improved areas against 2023's survey.
As we do not have survey results for Atlas Park due to taking over in November 2024 after the survey date, we have still created feedback but this is instead based on feedback we received from occupiers when we held introductory meetings.
